FPS (Faster Payment System) is Hong Kong’s real-time payment network operated by HKICL, an FPS ID is a unique identifier ID that allows you to send money without entering a full bank account number.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Reference Code is mandatory: You must enter the provided unique Reference Code in the payment remark (Reference/Message to payee) to ensure automatic credit. Missing or incorrect code may cause delays or require manual handling.
Limits: Per-transaction/daily limits depend on your bank.
Keep proof: Save your payment confirmation screenshot/receipt.

Step 1: Click "Deposit"--"Fiat Deposit" on Homepage, or click "Assets"--"Fiat Account"--"HKD Deposit"

Step 2: Click "FPS"--"Next"

Step 3: Obtain the below information on FPS Deposit Page:

Payee Bank
Your unique Reference Code (case sensitive)
Payee FPS ID
Payee Name

Step 4: Open your Hong Kong bank app, choose “FPS transfer / to FPS ID”:

Enter the Payee FPS ID
Verify Payee as "HASH BLOCKCHAIN LIMITED CLIENT AC" (Some banks may show minor variations in the account name format, such as "HBL Client FPS", or "HASH B LTC CLIENT AC")
Enter the transfer amount
Paste your unique Reference Code into “Message to payee/Reference/Remarks”

Step 5: Confirm payment and save the receipt (with transaction reference, time, and amount).

I forgot to enter the Reference Code. What should I do?

Step 1: Please go to the deposit page, click "Not received yet? Upload receipt" button, and follow the instructions to submit the payment receipt

Step 2: Contact CS support immediately and mention you have submitted the receipt. We will manually match and credit if verified.

I entered the wrong Reference Code. What happens?
