HashKey Exchange is a compliant exchange issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) with Type 1 and Type 7 licenses.

The bank account name used for transfer must be the same as the name of the HashKey Exchange account. You can not use other people's bank accounts to transfer funds, you can not use co-branded accounts to transfer funds, and you can not use third-party payment institutions to transfer funds. Otherwise, the refund fees incurred will be borne by the customer.

Be sure to check the deposit information carefully before transferring. If the transfer information is filled in incorrectly, you may be charged relevant handling fees.

It takes a certain amount of time for the inter-bank backend to process the remittance application. The bank notification-Remittance does not mean that HashKey Exchange has received the payment. HashKey Exchange will process your remittance immediately after the funds arrive. Banks may not process remittances on weekends or holidays, so please allow time for remittance processing.

HashKey Exchange currently does not accept direct deposits of cash or electronic wallet deposits.

HashKey Exchange may refuse deposits from some special channels to protect the security of your funds and other compliance reasons. The handling fees incurred when deposits are refused may be borne by the customer.

HashKey Exchange deposit acceptance time is 7*24 hours, and the arrival time is subject to bank processing time.

Currently, HashKey Exchange only supports HKD and USD deposits, and currently does not charge customers any fiat currency deposit fees.
