ince HashKey Exchange withdrawals only support fiat whitelisting accounts, withdrawal failure may be caused by the following reasons:
1) The bank account information you filled in when withdrawing cash, such as bank number, branch number, etc., is incorrect.
2) Inter-bank transfer failed, such as bank risk control reasons, etc.
3) System factors of other platforms or banks, such as bank system upgrades, etc.
4) The necessary information required for cross-border transfers is inconsistent among banks in different countries/regions. Please confirm with the bank before withdrawing cash.
When you find that the withdrawal fails, please log in to your HashKey Exchange account to check the withdrawal bank account information. If the information is wrong, initiate it again and adjust the correct bank account information.
