Your fiat currency failure may be caused by the following reasons:
1) Your remittance bank is not a qualified jurisdiction permitted by the Hong Kong Securities Regulatory Commission. Please refer to which countries/regions banks can deposit to HashKey Exchange?
2) The first deposit of each of your bank accounts must be greater than 10,000HKD (or equivalent USD, taking into account various inter-bank handling fees, tentatively no less than 1,400USD). If the first deposit of a new bank account is less than this standard, it will result in deposit failed.
3) Your deposit comes from a third-party transfer, and HashKey Exchange only accepts transfers from banks.
4) Your deposit account is a joint account. The joint account can be used as a proof of assets for PI users, but it cannot be used to deposit.
Please avoid the above operations to deposit. If you still have other questions about fiat currency deposit, you can contact our customer service team at support@customer.hashkey.com.
