You can view the status of your fiat deposits on the HashKey Exchange platform.
1.1. If you select "Quick Transfer", it generally takes around 0.5-3 business days* for the fiat deposit to be reflected in your HashKey Exchange account, provided that the transfer has been made using a debit card account in your name. The specific duration may vary depending on local/cross-border bank transfer settlement times.

1.2 Please view the bank account details on the Account History page. Please ensure that you use a bank account opened in your name to complete the transfer.
1.3 Please ensure that the bank account opened in your name is within a qualified jurisdiction as permitted by the SFC (including China Hong Kong, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Great Britain or the United States).
1.4. The platform imposes a minimum deposit amount, which varies based on the currency. Please refer to the minimum amount displayed on the HashKey Exchange portal before initiating a deposit.
2.1. If you select "Regular Transfer", it generally takes around 1-3 business days* for the fiat deposit to be reflected in your HashKey Exchange account, provided that the transaction details have been submitted correctly.

2.2. Please review your bank account details on the Account History page and ensure that the information you provide is accurate.
2.3. Please ensure that the bank account opened in your name is within a qualified jurisdiction as permitted by the SFC and that it meets the minimum deposit amount required by the platform. Please refer to sections 1.3-1.4 for related requirements.
