Data Transfer Consent: Virtual Account Opening

Background of Authorization. You are applying to open a Virtual Account with DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank") for the purpose of streamlining and optimizing your fund deposit process with Hash Blockchain Limited ("HashKey"). To facilitate the Bank's internal review and the opening of your Virtual Account, HashKey is required to transfer certain personal data to the Bank.
Scope of Data Transfer. You expressly authorize and consent to HashKey disclosing and transferring the following data to the Bank for the purposes mentioned in Clause 3 below:

Full Name: Your full name and any known aliases
Client Category: Your classification / client type on HashKey
Nationality / Place of Incorporation: Your nationality (for individuals) or country of incorporation (for corporate entities)
Identification Number: Your ID number (for individuals) or registration number (for corporate entities)
Date of Birth / Incorporation: Your date of birth (for individuals) or date of incorporation (for corporate entities)
Address: Your residential address (for individuals) or registered / business address (for corporate entities)

Purposes of Data Transfer. You expressly acknowledge and agree that the Bank may use the aforementioned data for the purpose of processing your Virtual Account application, including enabling the Bank to satisfy:

Applicable laws and regulations
Internal operational, control and compliance measures (including AML/KYC requirements)

Independent Decision by the Bank. You acknowledge and agree that the outcome of your Virtual Account application is determined solely and unilaterally by the Bank in accordance with its internal criteria. HashKey makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the success or approval of your application, and HashKey shall have no obligation to notify you of the Bank's decision. Your rights. You have the right to decline this authorization. However, please be advised that without your consent to transfer the necessary personal data, the Bank will be unable to process your application or provide the Virtual Account service to you.
