Co-branded Credit Card Disclosure and Disclaimer

Thank you for your continued support of HashKey Exchange. Before you proceed with your application for the HashKey Exchange Visa Credit Card (the "Credit Card"), please carefully read and ensure that you understand the following disclosure and disclaimer, which sets out important information regarding the Credit Card.

1.Issuer and Regulatory Status

The Credit Card is issued, managed and operated solely by Shanghai Commercial Bank Limited (the "Bank"). The Bank is a licensed bank incorporated in Hong Kong and is authorized and regulated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.

All banking services related to the Credit Card and the associated account are provided independently by the Bank.

Hash Blockchain Limited ("HashKey Exchange") is a virtual asset trading platform licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. HashKey Exchange is not a bank and does not provide any banking or credit services in relation to the Credit Card.

2. Application and Approval

All Credit Card applications are subject to the Bank's sole and absolute discretion. The Bank reserves the right to approve or decline any application without providing any reason.

The use, operation and management of the Credit Card, as well as any associated features, benefits or promotions, are subject to the prevailing terms and conditions as prescribed by the Bank from time to time. For further details, please refer to the Bank's official website or mobile application.

HashKey Exchange does not make any representation or warranty as to the approval of any application and shall not be responsible for any matters relating to the Credit Card that are beyond its control.

3. Eligibility Requirements

The Credit Card is exclusively available to eligible HashKey Exchange clients. The Bank maintains sole and absolute discretion in determining applicant eligibility. Please refer to the Bank’s official website for the latest requirements, which may be amended from time to time.

4. Rewards and Benefits

HashKey Exchange may, in collaboration with the Bank, offer rewards and benefits in connection with the Credit Card from time to time, including welcome gifts and usage-based rewards. HashKey Exchange reserves the right, in consultation with the Bank, to amend or adjust any rewards and benefits from time to time.

At the initial launch stage, rewards provided by HashKey Exchange may take the form of platform cash vouchers (the "HashKey HKD Cash Vouchers"), which may be used for spot trading on HashKey Exchange's order book to purchase virtual assets, in a manner similar to the use of Hong Kong dollars. Clients may view the details, validity period and applicable terms and conditions of such HashKey HKD Cash Vouchers in the Reward Center on HashKey Exchange.

Important Note: HashKey HKD Cash Vouchers issued as Credit Card rewards have a validity period of three (3) years. Any unused amount upon expiry will be credited by HashKey Exchange to the client's fiat account in Hong Kong dollars.

5. Virtual Asset Risk Disclosure

Clients should be aware that virtual assets are highly volatile and subject to market risks. The value of virtual assets may fluctuate significantly, and there is no assurance of profit or protection against loss. The risk of loss in trading virtual assets can be substantial and is not suitable for all investors. Clients are strongly encouraged to read the Virtual Asset Risk Disclosure Statement available on HashKey Exchange’s website.

6. Reminders about Responsible Borrowing

Before applying for the Credit Card, clients should have a clear understanding of their own financial condition, daily expenses and actual borrowing needs.

Clients should have assessed their repayment ability and avoid over-borrowing. Clients should repay any outstanding balance on time to avoid late payment charges and additional overdue interest charges by the Bank.

Clients should fully understand the features, terms and risks of the Credit Card. Independent financial or legal advice should be sought if necessary.

7. Jurisdiction and Restrictions

The Credit Card is available only in jurisdictions where the Bank is authorized to offer it. This content is not intended for use in locations where such distribution is restricted. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of your local jurisdiction.
