I. Definitions
- Cash Voucher (Spot): Hereinafter referred to as "Cash Voucher" or "this Voucher." An electronic benefit issued by HashKey Exchange to eligible users, possessing a certain face value/balance, which can be used to offset transaction amounts and/or transaction fees in spot transactions within the order book during its validity period.
- Face Value/Balance: The currency amount that the Cash Voucher can offset. The unit and applicable currency/fiat currency are as displayed on the voucher or on the page.
- Validity Period: The period during which the Cash Voucher can be used. The start and end dates are as displayed on the voucher or on the page.
- Order Book Spot Transaction: Refers to spot buying and selling transactions conducted based on the order book mechanism in the HashKey Exchange platform's matching system.
- Task/Eligibility: Refers to the conditions for obtaining eligibility to receive the Cash Voucher by completing designated activities, tasks, or through a specific co-branded credit card.
II. Scope of Application and Functions
- Cash vouchers are only applicable to spot trading scenarios in the order book specified by the HashKey Exchange platform. They are not applicable to wealth management, over-the-counter (OTC), or other products/services not explicitly stated to be applicable, unless otherwise announced by HashKey Exchange.
- Scope of Use:
- Transaction Amount Deduction: Cash vouchers can be used to deduct the transaction amount payable on an order (i.e., the net payment amount if the purchase cost or selling fee is zero, if applicable).
- Fee Deduction: Cash vouchers can be used to deduct transaction fees incurred by an order.
- Stacking: Multiple cash vouchers can be used simultaneously on the same order. Specific stacking limits, order, and currency/denomination compatibility rules are subject to the actual system settlement logic and page prompts.
- Spot assets purchased with cash vouchers belong to the customer and can be freely traded, transferred, and withdrawn.
- Payment Difference: If the total order amount and transaction fees exceed the cash voucher deduction balance, you must pay the difference using your account balance or other available payment methods.
III. Claiming and Issuance
- Issuance Method: Cash vouchers may be issued through activity rewards, benefits, credit card rebates, or upon completion of designated tasks. Activity details, eligibility requirements, validity period, trading pairs, and other restrictions are subject to the activity page or notifications for the current period.
- Eligibility Verification: HashKey Exchange reserves the right to review and verify user eligibility based on compliance, risk control, and account status, including but not limited to KYC/AML verification, account status, and regional compliance restrictions.
- Non-Transferable: Cash vouchers may not be transferred, resold, exchanged for cash or other assets, and may not be circulated off-exchange.
IV. Usage Rules
- Validity Management:
- Cash vouchers are valid from the date of successful receipt until the expiry date (inclusive) indicated on the coupon. Any unused cash vouchers balance after expiry will be automatically reclaimed by the system and cannot be recovered.
- If you still have unexecuted spot orders on the expiry date, the cash vouchers corresponding to the potential transaction amount of those orders will not be reclaimed until the orders are executed. If the orders are executed after the expiry date, the transaction amount can still be deducted from the cash voucher balance. If the orders are subsequently cancelled, the cash voucher balance will be immediately reclaimed by the system.
- Deduction Logic and Order:
- The system will prioritize using cash vouchers that are about to expire for deduction. The specific matching order, currency/denomination conversion, and minimum deduction unit when multiple coupons are stacked are subject to HashKey Exchange's system rules.
- If different settlement currencies are involved, HashKey Exchange has the right to convert and deduct according to the system's real-time exchange rate or preset fee rate.
- Compatibility Restrictions:
- The use of cash vouchers may be limited to specific trading pairs and currencies due to factors such as customer identity.
- During system maintenance, abnormal market fluctuations, compliance or risk control events, HashKey Exchange may temporarily restrict or suspend the use of cash vouchers.
- Refunds and Order Cancellations:
- For the portion of an order that did not actually occur due to cancellation, partial execution, or failed matching, the relevant cash voucher deduction amount will be returned to the cash voucher balance according to system rules; if the cash voucher has expired or been reclaimed at the time of return, it will not be reinstated.
V. Compliance and Risk Control
- Compliant Use: You agree not to use the cash vouchers for any illegal, non-compliant, or sanctioned/prohibited trading activities, and to comply with HashKey Exchange's User Agreement, Trading Rules, KYC/AML policies, and the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Risk Control Measures: To prevent abuse, arbitrage, and fraud, HashKey Exchange has the right to take measures including but not limited to the following:
- Setting limits on the frequency of redemption and use, stacking limits, and daily/per-account usage limits;
- Canceling, reclaiming, and invalidating cash vouchers obtained or used improperly, and imposing restrictions on the relevant accounts.
- Review and Cooperation: You should cooperate with HashKey Exchange's compliance review and information verification. If you refuse to cooperate, provide false information, or trigger sanctions/blacklists, HashKey Exchange has the right to cancel your cash voucher eligibility and take account measures.
VI. System and Service Availability
- System interruptions, delays, malfunctions, third-party service anomalies, or force majeure may result in cash vouchers being unusable, deducted late, or displayed incorrectly. HashKey Exchange will make every effort to repair the situation within a reasonable scope, but will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses incurred as a result, unless otherwise mandated by law.
- Cash voucher balances, expiration dates, and usage records are subject to HashKey Exchange system records. If there are discrepancies in the display, you can contact customer service for verification. HashKey Exchange reserves the right to make adjustments based on backend logs and transaction records.
VII. Terms Updates and Notifications
- HashKey Exchange may update this agreement as needed for business and compliance purposes and will notify you through on-platform announcements. The updated agreement will take effect from the date of publication or the date stated in the announcement.
- Your continued receipt or use of cash vouchers after the update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised content.
VIII. Other
- Account Ownership and Restrictions: Cash vouchers are only issued to compliant accounts and used by the account holder verified under their real name; HashKey Exchange may refuse to issue vouchers to ineligible accounts or permit their use by such accounts.
- Right of Interpretation: Within the scope permitted by law, HashKey Exchange reserves the right to the final interpretation of the cash voucher activity rules and this agreement.
- Contact Information: For any questions, please contact HashKey Exchange through official customer service channels.
