Data Transfer Consent

1. Background of Authorization. You are applying for the HashKey Exchange Visa Credit Card issued by Shanghai Commercial Bank Limited (the "Bank"), in partnership with Hash Blockchain Limited ("HashKey"). To streamline your application process, perform identity verification, and facilitate subsequent reward fulfillment, HashKey is required to transfer certain personal data to the Bank.
    
2. Scope of Data Transfer. You expressly authorize and consent to HashKey disclosing and transferring the following data to the Bank for the purposes mentioned in Clause 3 below:
   • An external unique identifier generated by HashKey (“Reward ID”)
   • Your full name
   • Your registered email address
   • Your KYC completion status on HashKey
   • Information relating to your account assets or funds on HashKey
   • Your language preference
      
3. Purposes of Data Transfer. You expressly acknowledge and agree that the Bank and its agents, contractors or third-party service providers may use the aforementioned data for the purposes of processing the credit card application and administering the reward fulfillment, including:
   • To verify your status as a HashKey account holder
   • To assess your eligibility for the credit card application
   • To carry out identity matching
   • To enable the Bank to contact you in connection with your credit card application
   • To support the credit assessment and underwriting process
   • To administer the fulfillment of subsequent rewards
      
4. Your rights. You have the right to decline this authorization. However, please be advised that without your consent to transfer your personal data, the Bank may be unable to process your credit card application, and you may not be eligible for the rewards linked to the credit card.
