- Grant of Standing Authority
In accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and pursuant to Clause 2.6 of the Recurring Buy User Terms, I hereby explicitly grant Hash Blockchain Limited (“HBL”) a standing authority to (i) deal with the virtual assets and/or fiat currency held in my account; and (ii) where applicable, initiate direct deductions from my designated bank account via electronic direct debit authorization (eDDA), in each case solely for such purpose specified in Paragraph 2 below.
- Purpose and Scope
I acknowledge and agree that this standing authority is granted exclusively for the purpose of submitting and executing purchase orders in accordance with the parameters instructed by me under my specific Recurring Buy Plan, which I have independently selected and entered on the platform interface and which form part of this standing authority.
- Validity Period
I acknowledge and agree that this standing authority is valid for a maximum duration of twelve (12) months from the date of activation of the respective Recurring Buy Plan. Upon the expiration of this 12-month period, this standing authority shall automatically lapse, and HBL will immediately cease the execution of any further orders under the relevant plan. To continue my Recurring Buy trading activities thereafter, I understand that I must initiate a new Recurring Buy Plan and grant a fresh standing authority accordingly.
- Revocation
I retain the right to revoke this standing authority and terminate my active Recurring Buy Plan at any time prior to the expiration of the 12-month period via the platform interface. I acknowledge that upon my revocation of this standing authority, HBL will immediately stop further execution of orders under the relevant plan and will cancel all unexecuted orders under the relevant Recurring Buy Plan.
- Disclosure and Acknowledgement
I declare that I fully understand the execution-only nature of this standing authority and confirm the following:
- I have read and understood the Recurring Buy User Terms in their entirety and understood that once this standing authority is active, HBL will execute purchase orders in accordance with my parameters in a recurring manner, without requiring any further instruction from me at the point of each execution;
- I understand that I may revoke this standing authority at any time via the platform interface, and that all unexecuted orders will be cancelled upon revocation;
- I have independently selected all parameters set out in this standing authority without any advice, recommendation, or suggestion from HBL as to their suitability, appropriateness, or likely performance;
- HBL does not exercise any discretion, judgment, or decision-making in connection with the execution of orders under this standing authority. HBL will not deviate from and adjust on my behalf the parameters I have set for any reason; and
- I understand and accept that orders will be executed in accordance with my standing authority when the relevant conditions specified in my inputted parameters are met, including at times when I am not actively monitoring my account or accessing the platform. This is a feature of how a standing authority operates, and I accept full responsibility for the consequences of executions that occur during any period I am not actively online.
