Update Navigation Path: Go to [Personal Center/Account Profile Picture] -> [Identity Verification] page, Click [ID Update Required] / [Overseas ID Update Required], then follow the on-screen instructions to submit your latest information. After submission, please wait patiently for the review process. The result is usually notified via email or internal message.

Method 2: No System Update Prompt
Web Self-Service Update Path:
Go to [Personal Center/Account Profile Picture] -> [Identity Verification] page, find [Identity Document Information], click 'View All Information' to enter the [Account Opening Details] page and modify your information
App Self-Service Update Path: Go to [Personal Center/Account Profile Picture] -> [Identity Verification] page, find [Personal Information], click to enter the [Account Opening Details] page and modify your information. After submission, please wait patiently for the review process. The result is usually notified via email or internal message.

2. What impact will be updating my identification document have on my account?
If your identification document has expired, a 90-day grace period will be granted. After the grace period ends and before the new information is successfully verified, your account may enter a restricted status. During the restriction period, certain functions (such as deposits and trading) may be temporarily unavailable. However, withdrawal functions are generally retained to ensure the security of your account and assets.
3. How long does the document update review process take?
Submitted documents are usually reviewed within 24 hours. However, under special circumstances (such as manual review queues), the review time may be extended. We appreciate your patience.
4. What should I pay attention to when updating my identification document?
- Document Requirements: Please upload original documents issued by the government and within their validity period (e.g., ID card, passport). Photocopies, scanned copies, or re-photographed copies are not accepted
- Photo Environment: Ensure there is sufficient lighting, the image is clear and free of glare, and all four corners of the document are fully visible.
- Liveness Verification: During the liveness verification process, please remove hats, masks, and glasses, keep your face unobstructed, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the required actions.
- Network Environment: Please ensure your internet connection is stable when uploading photos and completing facial verification to avoid interruptions caused by network instability.
5. Can I update my name or nationality by myself if they have changed?
No. If your core identity information, such as your name or nationality, has changed, please contact platform customer support and submit the relevant supporting documents as required. Our staff will assist with the review and processing.
