HSK Withdrawal User Agreement – HashKey Exchange

I have carefully read the HashKey Exchange announcement regarding the withdrawal of HSK, and I clearly understand the process, requirements, time, and fees associated.
I hereby confirm that I agree to withdraw all unlocked HSK in my HashKey Exchange account to the ERC-20 whitelisted address added to my HashKey Exchange account. I am also aware that HSK can only be withdrawn to the ERC-20 address that I have added to my HashKey Exchange account whitelist.
I hereby confirm that the address I have provided is true and accurate, and that it is a legal address under my control and ownership.
Users must carefully check the correctness of the address when withdrawing HSK. Providing an incorrect address may result in permanent loss of assets, and HashKey Exchange will not be held liable for such loss. Furthermore, HashKey Exchange does not and is not obliged to verify the withdrawal address. Users assume all risks associated with incorrect addresses.
Users are advised to avoid withdrawing HSK in public network environments to prevent personal information and account data from being hacked. Using a secure internet connection (e.g. private Wi-Fi) for transactions is an effective measure to ensure the safety of assets.
Users are required to comply with the laws and regulations of their country/region to ensure that all HSK withdrawals are made legally. HashKey Exchange will not be liable for any consequences arising from the user's failure to comply with the relevant laws and regulations.
HashKey Exchange will handle users' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy to ensure the security and confidentiality of all information. HashKey Exchange undertakes not to disclose the user's personal information to third parties unless required by law or with the user's consent.
Users should understand clearly and accept that HashKey Exchange is not liable for any loss of assets due to user's operational errors, technical failures, network problems or force majeure. Users should fully assess the relevant risks before transactions.
Users should make their own judgement and bear all the related risks when withdrawing HSK. HashKey Exchange does not provide any advice or guarantee for users' choices.
HashKey Exchange is not responsible for interruptions or delays in service due to system failure, technical maintenance, or other factors beyond the user's control. Users should be aware that technical problems may affect the timeliness of transactions.
If any legal dispute arises from user's HSK withdrawal, the user shall bear all the responsibilities. HashKey Exchange shall not be responsible for any legal liabilities or costs in this regard.
Since the management and distribution of HSK are handled solely by third-party custodian platforms, users shall use any such service at their own risk as well as possible fees (e.g., fees charged by third party for HSK withdrawal). HashKey Exchange does not guarantee the safety and effectiveness of these services.
Users should understand clearly and accept that HashKey Exchange shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of the use of its platform for HSK withdrawal, including, but not limited to, damages arising out of interruptions, delays, errors or other causes of the platform services. Users shall use HashKey Exchange's services at their own risk and shall be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use of the platform. HashKey Exchange shall not be responsible for the actions or decisions of any user. Users should exercise caution when using the platform to withdraw HSK.

By ticking the box that I have read and agree to this agreement, I agree to all of the contents in this agreement. Any losses, expenses or liabilities arising from this shall be borne by myself. HashKey Exchange makes no promises or guarantees regarding the operation of users, and is not responsible for any losses, expenses or liabilities arising from HSK withdrawal. Once HSK is successfully withdrawn, I no longer have the right to deposit HSK into the HashKey Exchange platform, unless regulator gives special consent to this in the future.
I expressly understand and accept that in the event that I forfeit any of my HSK withdrawals, any losses, costs or liabilities incurred as a result of such forfeiture shall be borne by myself, and it has nothing to do with HashKey Exchange.
