Terms and Conditions of HashKey Exchange Promotional Campaign

  1. HashKey Exchange retains the right to stipulate the specific rules and guidance in relation to the campaign or the Reward as published on Official Channels. By participating in the campaign, participants shall read carefully and expressly acknowledge and agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and any applicable rules and guidelines in relation to this campaign or HashKey Exchange .
  2. Participants can participate in the campaign through our official publication or communication channels (“Official Channels”). Each eligible participant can claim certain amount of reward in the a form in our decision (“Reward”) for completion of the required task, for example, successful registration on the platform. From time to time, we may distribute special codes to participants. Any participant who redeems a valid special code during the campaign period will receive an extra amount of Reward.
  3. By participating in this campaign, each participant hereby acknowledges that this campaign does not constitute a game of chance, lottery, or other activity of similar nature that would require a license under applicable law. The distribution of Rewards will be based on participants satisfying certain fixed conditions, and does not involve any randomized selection process or element of chance in determining Reward eligibility.
  4. This campaign is only available within the specified time period published on Official Channels.
  5. "Campaign Period" refers to the predetermined time frame during which a particular campaign, promotion, or offer is active and valid. The start and end dates of the Campaign Period will be explicitly mentioned in the related promotional materials or communications. Any actions or transactions made outside of this specified period will not be eligible for the benefits or offers associated with the campaign.
  6. "Natural Day" refers to a 24-hour period starting from 00:00 to 23:59 of the same calendar day, based on the local time zone stipulated in these terms and conditions.
  7. Participants must comply with rules and guidelines as stipulated in relation to this campaign, for example, successful registration with HashKey Exchange and passing KYC requirements. Any unclaimed Reward may be cancelled or forfeited in our sole discretion. Rewards may also be subject to forfeiture or cancellation if participants fail to comply with rules and guidelines set forth by HashKey Exchange.
  8. Clients such as Authorised Trader are not eligible to participate in any form of campaign in HashKey Exchange .
  9. We reserve the right to modify the rules in relation to this campaign, or take any action against participants who violate any of these Terms and Conditions or attempt to gain an unfair advantage, including disqualifying them from the campaign, at any time without notice.
  10. All decisions and determinations made by us in relation to this campaign are final, conclusive, and binding on all participants. This includes decisions on participant eligibility and the distribution of Rewards. In no event shall we be obliged or liable to any participant or any third party to consider or review any aspect of this campaign, or any decisions made or discretion exercised.
  11. By participating in this campaign, you agree that we may collect, retain, process, and disclose your personal data that you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.hashkey.com/en/privacy-policy). If you do not agree with the collection, retention, processing, or disclosure of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, please do not participate in this campaign.
  12. Participants shall avoid any form of fraudulent, illegal, unethical, dangerous, or otherwise harmful activity, including but not limited to, providing false identity, residency, contact or other details, opening multiple accounts, collusion, using bots or other automated means to gain an unfair advantage, self-dealing or any form of manipulative actions. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in such activities.
  13. The Rewards provided cannot be used for any illegal activities. We reserve the right to cancel any Rewards if we suspect they are being used for unlawful purposes.
  14. The Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Rewards also cannot be transferred or sold to any third party.
  15. We make no warranties, express or implied, in relation to the Rewards. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability relating to the redemption or use of the Rewards.
  16. We reserve the right to modify or substitute the Rewards at any time without notice due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons outside of our control.
  17. Taxes, if any, related to the Rewards are the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants should consult their tax advisor regarding any tax implications.
  18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
  19. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect.
  20. HashKey Exchange shall reserve all rights to amend the Terms and Conditions or terminate the Campaign (as defined) at its sole discretion.
