Notes for submitting proof of address

To ensure that your information is approved successfully, it is recommended that you confirm the following before submitting proof of address.

File formats: pdf, jpg, jpeg, png file supported, up to 5 copies, no more than 5M for each file, with content clearly visible.

Types of documents: utility bills such as monthly bills for telephone, water, electricity, gas, fixed-line telephone, home broadband, and cable TV, government tax bills, bank, licensed brokerage, insurance company statements, and any official document issued by a government agency. The document needs to contain your full name and address information and was issued within the last 3 months.

Material requirements: for individual customers, your name on the proof of address needs to be exactly the same as your name on the identity document. Tenants need to provide a lease contract within the lease term + proof of rent payment for the last 3 months.

If you are submitting documents that are not in Chinese or English, a notarized English translation is required.
