Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligible Participants

  • This campaign is exclusively applicable to selected customers who have opened an account and completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on the HashKey Exchange（hereinafter referred to as "Hashkey") platform (hereinafter referred to as "Eligible Customers").
  • To be deemed eligible, customers must receive an official campaign invitation notification issued by HashKey and log in to participate via the designated channels within the campaign period.
  • Each Eligible Customer is entitled to participate only once during the campaign period.

  1. Campaign Period

From now until June 15, 2026, at 23:59 (Hong Kong Time) (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign Period"). All qualifying transactions must be completed within this timeframe to be eligible for reward calculation.

  1. Campaign Details and Reward Mechanism

During the Campaign Period, Eligible Customers who complete any successful transaction (either a buy or sell order,not only less than HKD18,000) through their HashKey account will receive corresponding rewards according to the following tiers:

  • Rebate Trigger Rules: Customers must complete every cumulative block of two (2) successful transactions to trigger the rebate for the corresponding tier. No rebate will be awarded for transactions that do not fulfill the two-transaction increment. Trading frequency is accumulated throughout the Campaign Period, and there is no daily cap.
  • Definition of "Successful Transaction": Refers to a trading order completed by the customer on the HashKey platform where the order status is "Fully Executed." The transaction amount for a single order must be HKD 18,000 or above (or its equivalent in other currencies). This excludes orders that are canceled, partially executed, subject to system abnormalities, or below HKD 18,000.

  1. Maximum Reward Limit Per Customer

Upon full compliance with all conditions, the maximum reward an individual Eligible Customer can receive during the Campaign Period is capped at the equivalent of HKD 300 Cash Vouchers. No additional rewards will be granted for trading frequencies exceeding this cap.
 
Cash Voucher (Spot) Description:
Cash Voucher (Spot) can be used to offset both principal and trading fees in spot transactions. The system will prioritize the use of cash vouchers for deductions. For detailed rules on usage, scope, and validity, please refer to the "Cash Voucher (Spot) User Agreement".

  1. Settlement and Distribution Arrangements

  1. Settlement Deadline: June 15, 2026, at 23:59 PM serves as the cutoff time for calculating trading rebates for this campaign. All qualifying transactions must be completed before this deadline to be included in the settlement.
  2. Eligibility Audit: HashKey will conduct eligibility verification and settlement after the campaign deadline to verify customers' trading frequencies and account statuses.
  3. Distribution Timeline: All qualifying rebates will be distributed via airdrop to the customer's HashKey account within the month following the deadline. The actual distribution timeline may be adjusted due to system, risk control, or operational arrangements.

THE INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN DOES NOT CONSTITUTE ANY FORM OF INVESTMENT ADVICE. HASHKEY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED BY ANY PERSON AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS CAMPAIGN. THE SPECIFIC RULES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CAMPAIGN APPLY. PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT THEIR CONDUCT COMPLIES WITH LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. HASHKEY RESERVES THE FINAL RIGHT TO DECIDE ON THE SPECIFIC ARRANGEMENTS AND REWARDS OF THE CAMPAIGN. HASHKEY MAY MODIFY OR TERMINATE THE CAMPAIGN AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION WITHOUT ANY LIABILITY.THIS CAMPAIGN IS ONLY OPEN TO ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS. FRAUDULENT MEANS TO OBTAIN UNFAIR BENEFITS ARE PROHIBITED. VIOLATORS WILL HAVE THEIR ELIGIBILITY CANCELLED IF DISCOVERED. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CAMPAIGN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT HASHKEY MAY PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS PRIVACY POLICY. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO SUCH USE UNDER THE TERMS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY.
 
  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to promotional campaigns offered by HashKey Exchange, a virtual asset trading platform operated in Hong Kong by Hash Blockchain Limited. HashKey Exchange is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) for Type 1 and Type 7 regulated activities.
  2. By participating in any HashKey promotional campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any additional rules published on HashKey's officially designated communication channels. Participants must read and expressly acknowledge all applicable terms.
  3. Promotional campaigns allow eligible participants to earn rewards ("Rewards") for completing specified tasks, such as account registration. HashKey may also distribute special promotional codes for claiming extra Rewards.
  4. Rewards are based on satisfying conditions set by HashKey and do not involve randomized selection or an element of chance. These promotional campaigns do not constitute illegal games of chance or lotteries requiring a license.
  5. Campaign duration is limited to specified time periods as published on HashKey's official communication channels.
  6. HashKey may cancel or forfeit Rewards at its discretion, such as for failure to timely claim Rewards or comply with applicable rules. HashKey reserves the right to modify Rewards due to unforeseen circumstances outside its control. Rewards are also subject to availability based on local laws and regulations. For example, unless otherwise approved by the SFC, at the current stage stablecoins are only permitted to be traded on HashKey Exchange by Professional Investors (as defined under the SFO).
  7. HashKey may in its sole discretion at any time amend the campaign rules or disqualify participants for violation of terms and conditions or unfair advantage, at any time without notice.
  8. Rewards may not be used for any illegal activities. HashKey may cancel Rewards suspected of unlawful use.
  9. HashKey reserves the right to disqualify participants for fraud, multiple accounts, automation, or other unfair advantages.
  10. HashKey's decisions regarding campaign eligibility, Rewards, and other matters are final and binding. HashKey has no obligation to review or reconsider any decision.
  11. By participating in this campaign, you agree that we may collect, retain, process, and disclose your personal data that you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.hashkey.com/en/privacy-policy). If you do not agree with the collection, retention, processing, or disclosure of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, please do not participate in this campaign.
  12. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold, unless otherwise stated.
  13. HashKey disclaims any warranties and liability regarding Reward redemption and use, to the extent permitted by law.
  14. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes related to Rewards.
  15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hong Kong law. Any disputes will be subject to Hong Kong courts.
  16. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
