Dear HashKey Users,

Due to the U.S. Columbus Day holiday on October 12, 2026, certain fiat deposit and withdrawal channels in Hong Kong will be affected as follows:

RTGS (Local Payment Network) and TT (Telegraphic Transfer): USD fiat deposits and withdrawals will be temporarily suspended. Transactions will remain pending, with banks resuming processing from Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Settlement may be delayed.
FPS (Faster Payment System), eDDA, and Book Transfer: Services will continue to operate as usual during the holiday, supporting currencies including HKD, USD, CNH, and EUR.

During the holiday, we recommend using FPS, eDDA or Book Transfer for fiat deposits to ensure efficient fund transfers.
