Due to 19 October 2026 , the Chung Yeung Festival, a statutory holiday in Hong Kong., certain fiat deposit and withdrawal channels in Hong Kong will be affected. Please refer to the details below:

1. RTGS (Local Payment Network) and TT (Telegraphic Transfer)

Status: Processing delayed.
Arrangement: Fiat deposit and withdrawal requests submitted via RTGS (Real-Time Gross Settlement) and TT (Telegraphic Transfer) on Monday, 19 October, will not be processed in real time.
Affected currencies: HKD, USD, and other currencies.
Processing time: The relevant transactions will remain pending and will be processed by the banks starting on the first business day after the holiday, Tuesday, 20 October (UTC+8). As a result, fund transfers may be delayed.

2. FPS (Faster Payment System), eDDA and Book Transfer

Status: Services operating as usual.
Arrangement: Fiat deposit and withdrawal transactions made through local payment channels that support 24/7 services, including FPS (Faster Payment System), eDDA and Book Transfer, will continue to operate as usual during the holiday period without disruption.
Affected currencies: HKD, USD, CNH, EUR, and other currencies.
Recommendation: To ensure efficient fund transfers during the holiday period, users are advised to prioritise FPS or Book Transfer for fiat deposits.
