Notice on the Bank Account Registration Limit – HashKey Exchange

Dear HashKey Exchange Users,

To comply with regulatory requirements, the platform will introduce a limit on the number of registered bank accounts with effect from 24 September 2026.

Note: For the purposes of this Notice, a “registered bank account” (also referred to as a “fiat whitelisting account”) means a bank account that is added by the system to your fiat whitelist after you have successfully made a fiat deposit to HashKey Exchange from that account. The account may be used for subsequent fiat deposits. Fiat withdrawals from the platform may only be made to registered bank accounts.

The details are as follows:

Each user may register up to 10 bank accounts

Note:

This limit does not apply to Omnibus clients, market makers, or liquidity providers.

HashKey Exchange may adjust the limit on the number of registered bank accounts in the future in accordance with company policies.

Once you have reached the limit, if you make a deposit from a new, unregistered bank account, the system will be unable to register that account and the deposited funds will be automatically returned. You will be responsible for any fees incurred in connection with the return.

To avoid having your funds temporarily unavailable or incurring additional fees, we recommend using your registered bank accounts for deposits whenever possible. If you need to register a new bank account, please first log in to the platform and remove any registered bank accounts you no longer use. Once you have confirmed that the total number of registered bank accounts is below 10, you may make a deposit from the new account.
