[Campaign Details and Reward Rules]
Campaign 1: New User Experience Reward
- Eligibility: During the campaign period, users who have never used the Recurring Buy feature to execute trades on the platform set up a Recurring Buy plan and successfully complete 5 trades will receive a 100 HKD spot cash voucher.
- Definition of completion: Each successful deduction and asset purchase executed according to your set schedule will be counted as one successful execution.
- Quota: 200 winners.
- Reward Distribution: The platform will issue rewards to eligible users’ accounts by June 15, 2026.
Campaign 2: Tiered Trading Reward
- Eligibility: During the campaign period, newly created Recurring Buy plans with a cumulative trading volume of 200 USD or more will earn 1 HKD in spot cash vouchers for every 200 USD traded.

Reward Rules:
- Maximum reward per user during the campaign period: 500 HKD cash vouchers.
- Total reward pool: 50,000 HKD cash vouchers.
- Reward Distribution: The platform will issue rewards to eligible users’ accounts by June 15, 2026.
【How to Participate】 You can join the Recurring Buy campaign through the following methods:
- On the APP: On the homepage, tap the shortcut icons for [Recurring Buy] to set up your plan and participate in the campaign.
- On the Web: Click [Spot] in the top navigation bar, then select [Recurring Buy] to participate in the campaign.
Cash Voucher (Spot) Description:
Cash Voucher (Spot) can be used to offset both principal and trading fees in spot transactions. The system will prioritize the use of cash vouchers for deductions. For detailed rules on usage, scope, and validity, please refer to the "Cash Voucher (Spot) User Agreement".
[Campaign Rules & Terms]
- No registration is required for this campaign. Rewards will be calculated based on the Recurring Buy trading volume recorded by the HashKey Exchange system.
- This campaign is only open to individual and corporate users who have completed KYC and meet the platform requirements of HashKey Exchange. Market makers, partners in the market maker application process, omnibus accounts, institutional accounts, and sub-accounts are not eligible to participate.

Distribution Rules:
- Each user can only receive the reward once in Campaign 1. If the number of eligible users exceeds the quota, rewards will be distributed based on the order in which users complete 5 Recurring Buy executions.
- If the total rewards for Campaign 2 exceed the prize pool, they will be distributed on a pro-rata basis.
- The platform reserves the right to monitor the behavior of all accounts participating in the campaign. Any detected cheating or violations may result in immediate disqualification and revocation of distributed rewards by HashKey Exchange.
- HashKey Exchange reserves the right to adjust the reward mechanism and campaign rules and retains the final interpretation right.

I have an account on the Cosmos Capital platform, and my account was blocked for 5 weeks. During this entire period, I was unable to withdraw any funds from the platform.
There was a total of $97,650 in my Cosmos Capital account, and I could not access or withdraw this money due to the block. I tried to reach Cosmos Capital both by email and by phone, but I received no response or explanation, and my problem remained unresolved.
Because I could not get any help or clarification from Cosmos Capital, I ultimately had to seek external support. With the help of Mrs Kristina hooper, I was finally able to recover my funds that I could not withdraw from the platform.
I am sharing my experience, and I would recommend her to anyone in similar situations.
