HashKey Earn Channel is pleased to announce the listing of WisdomTree 500 Digital Fund (SPXUX) (the “Product”).
 
The WisdomTree 500 Digital Fund is an open-end digital mutual fund offered by WisdomTree. The Fund seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree 500 Index, which provides exposure to 500 of the largest eligible companies in the mid- and large-capitalization segments of the U.S. equity market.
SPXUX provides diversified exposure to mid- and large-cap U.S. equities and seeks to provide broad U.S. market participation and long-term capital growth. The Fund uses blockchain technology as part of its integrated recordkeeping system, while its underlying investments remain traditional securities. The Fund does not invest in cryptocurrencies.
Through the HashKey Earn Channel, eligible clients may subscribe to and redeem the Product, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements of HashKey Exchange and the issuer.

  1. Complex Product

The Product is classified as a complex product. Investors should exercise caution in relation to the Product. Before investing, investors should ensure that they fully understand the nature, features and risks of the Product and carefully consider whether the Product is suitable for them in light of their investment objectives, financial circumstances, risk tolerance and investment experience.

  1. Client Eligibility

The Product is available only to eligible Professional Investors who satisfy the applicable requirements of HashKey Exchange and the issuer. Clients must complete all applicable onboarding, suitability assessments and regulatory requirements before transacting in the Product.

  1. Investment Objective and Market Exposure

The Fund seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree 500 Index. Accordingly, the value of the Product will fluctuate with the value of its underlying equity investments and prevailing U.S. equity market conditions.

  1. Subscription and Redemption

Subscription and redemption requests will be processed in accordance with the issuer’s dealing calendar, valuation methodology, operational procedures and settlement arrangements. The final execution price and settlement timing are subject to confirmation by the issuer.
Under certain circumstances, including market disruption, operational issues or non-dealing days, processing or settlement may be delayed.

  1. Digital Fund Structure and Transfer Restrictions

SPXUX uses blockchain technology as part of the Fund’s integrated recordkeeping system, with digital representations of Fund shares recorded on the applicable blockchain. The blockchain record does not constitute a separate security, and ownership of Fund shares is determined by the official records maintained by the Fund’s transfer agent.
On HashKey Exchange, the Product is currently available for subscription and redemption through the HashKey Earn Channel only. Deposits and withdrawals of SPXUX to or from external wallets, transfers between HashKey Exchange users, and secondary market trading of SPXUX are not supported. Investors may exit their investment only by submitting a redemption request through the HashKey Earn Channel, subject to the applicable redemption and settlement arrangements.

  1. Product Arrangements

HashKey Exchange may adjust, suspend or discontinue the Product or related services where required due to issuer arrangements, market conditions, regulatory requirements, operational considerations or other applicable circumstances. Where reasonably practicable, clients will be notified in advance.

Product-Specific Risk Warnings

The Product is a complex product. Investors should carefully consider the risks associated with the Product, including but not limited to:
  • Equity Market Risk: The Fund invests primarily in U.S. equities. The value of the Product may fluctuate significantly due to individual company performance, general market and economic conditions and other market factors. Investors may lose part or all of their invested capital.
  • Index Tracking Risk: The Fund seeks to track the WisdomTree 500 Index and does not seek to outperform the Index. Its performance may differ from that of the Index due to fees and expenses, transaction costs, portfolio implementation and other factors.
  • Sector Concentration Risk: The Fund may have significant exposure to certain sectors or issuers. Adverse developments affecting such sectors or issuers may result in increased volatility and negatively affect the Fund’s performance.
  • Blockchain and Technology Risk: The Product utilizes blockchain technology to represent Fund shares and may be subject to blockchain network, cybersecurity, transaction processing and other technology-related operational risks.
  • Principal Loss Risk: The Product is not principal-protected or capital-guaranteed. Investment returns and principal value may fluctuate, and investors may lose part or all of their invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
