HashKey Exchange November New User Rewards – HashKey Exchange

Dear HashKey Exchange Customer,

HashKey Exchange is pleased to launch the “November New User Rewards” campaign. During the campaign period, eligible new users may complete identity verification (KYC), first digital asset deposit, cumulative spot trading, asset holding tasks and PI Qualification to claim a 400 HKD cash pack in total.

Rewards will be unlocked and distributed in stages in accordance with the campaign rules. For eligibility, task requirements, reward amounts, and distribution methods, please refer to the full rules in this announcement.

Campaign Details

Campaign Period: 00:00 on 1 November 2026 – 23:59 on 30 November 2026 (UTC+8)
Eligible Participants: All new HashKey Exchange customers (excluding market makers, institutional clients, Omnibus accounts, and customers who have already participated in other new-user reward programs)
How to Participate: KYC during the campaign period and complete the tasks below.

Campaign Rules

This campaign is open to new customers who complete identity verification (KYC) for the first time during the campaign period.
Market makers, institutional clients, Omnibus accounts, and customers who have already participated in other new-user reward programs are not eligible for this campaign.
Each user may participate in this campaign only once.
Rewards under this campaign cannot be combined with other new user rewards.
Stages 1, 2, 3, 5 (account opening, first digital asset deposit, cumulative spot trading and PI Qualification) may each be completed independently and need not be unlocked in sequence.
Stage 4 (asset holding) rewards may be earned only after all Stage 1–3 tasks are completed; Users who have not completed the first three stages will not receive Stage 4 rewards even if the asset holding requirement is met.
All rewards will be issued in HKD cash. After a task is completed, customers must manually click claim for the reward.
HashKey Exchange reserves the right to cancel a customer’s eligibility for this campaign and to revoke any rewards obtained through fraud or abuse, and may require the customer to provide further information for investigation, including but not limited to fraudulent registration, forged identity verification information, or any activity related to illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

Stage 3: Cumulative Spot Trading	Complete cumulative spot trading of ≥2,000 HKD equivalent during the campaign period. Notes: No restriction on trading pairs or direction; Cancelled orders and failed matches are not counted; OTC trading is excluded; Trading fees are excluded.	100 HKD	After completing the task, you may click to claim the reward in the Reward Center
Stage 4: Asset Holding	Any 7 consecutive days during the campaign period: average daily custody assets ≥10,000 HKD equivalent. Notes: Must complete all Stage 1–3 tasks before claiming; Counted assets include virtual assets and fiat on the platform; Assets are calculated based on a daily asset snapshot taken at a non-fixed time each day, and converted into HKD; Platform bonus / promotional credits are excluded	100 HKD	Issued on or before the 14th of the month following achievement, and may be claimed by clicking in the Reward Center
Stage 5: PI Qualification	First-time upgrade to Individual Professional Investor (PI) status	100 HKD	After completing the task, you may click to claim the reward in the Reward Center
