Announcement on HSK Withdrawal – HashKey Exchange

Dear HashKey Exchange user:

Starting from6pm on November 26, 2024 (UTC+8), you can withdraw the HSK obtained on HashKey Exchange to your personal wallet on ERC-20 with address whitelisted.

You can also choose to keep HSK on HashKey Exchange. The platform will launch the function of using HSK to deduct trading fees . Please refer to the Announcement on Using HSK for Trading Fee Deduction for details.

If you decide to withdraw HSK, please note:

HSK is subject to relevant unlocking schedule arrangement.
HSK withdrawals can only be initiated from the main account that has passed identity verification. Please log in to your qualified main account to withdraw HSK, or complete identity verification first.
After logging in, you can view your current HSK total amount, to-be-unlocked amount, and available unlocked amount on the HSK page.
HSK has a minimum withdrawal limit for every withdrawal, and third-party custody platforms will charge withdrawal fees. Please refer to the HSK withdrawal page (webpage to be launched when this function opens) for specific limits and fees. Every time you initiate a withdrawal request, you must withdraw all currently unlocked HSKs at once.
The withdrawal address must be an ERC-20 whitelist address that has been added to your HashKey Exchange account. For details, please refer to the HashKey Exchange Virtual Asset Withdrawal Guidelines. It is not supported sending HSK to smart contract addresses, otherwise the assets will not be retrieved.
Please carefully check the HSK receiving address, quantity, and other information before submitting the application. If the receiving address is incorrect, it will result in the inability to retrieve your HSK. After submitting the application, you can view all HSK withdrawal records via the "My HSK - Usage Records" from the HSK page.
Withdrawal processing time is subject to the chain condition. Please refer to your personal wallet for the withdrawal status.
