HashKey Earn Channel is pleased to announce the listing of SBI Japan High Dividend Equity Strategy Token (JX) (the “Product”).
JX is a tokenized investment product issued by DigiFT Tech (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., providing eligible investors with on-chain access to a Japanese high-dividend equity fund strategy managed by SBI Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“SBI AM”). The Product provides exposure to the SBI Japan High Dividend Equity Fund – Growth Type (Qualified Institutional Investor Only), an open-ended securities investment trust investing primarily in Japanese listed equities.
The underlying strategy focuses on Japanese listed companies with high-dividend characteristics and adopts an actively managed, value-oriented investment approach. The strategy seeks to capture dividend income and potential capital appreciation through active stock selection, taking into account factors such as dividend prospects, company fundamentals and valuation.
Through the HashKey Earn Channel, eligible Professional Investors may subscribe to and redeem the Product using USDC, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements of HashKey Exchange and the issuer.

Complex Product
The Product is classified as a complex product. Investors should exercise caution in relation to the Product. Before investing, investors should ensure that they fully understand the nature, features and risks of the Product and carefully consider whether the Product is suitable for them in light of their investment objectives, financial circumstances, risk tolerance and investment experience.
Client Eligibility
The Product is available only to eligible Professional Investors who satisfy the applicable requirements of HashKey Exchange and the issuer. Clients must complete all applicable onboarding, suitability assessments and regulatory requirements before transacting in the Product.
Investment Strategy and Market Exposure
JX provides exposure to an actively managed Japanese high-dividend equity strategy managed by SBI AM. The underlying fund primarily invests in Japanese listed equities and seeks exposure to companies with high-dividend characteristics through a value-oriented investment approach.
Accordingly, the value of the Product will fluctuate with the performance of the underlying Japanese equity portfolio, prevailing market conditions and other factors affecting the Japanese equity market.
Subscription and Redemption
Subscription and redemption requests will be processed in accordance with the applicable dealing calendars, valuation methodology, operational procedures and settlement arrangements.
The final execution price and settlement timing are subject to confirmation under the applicable product arrangements. Under certain circumstances, including market disruption, operational issues or non-dealing days, processing or settlement may be delayed.
Tokenized Product Structure and Transfer Restrictions
JX is issued by DigiFT Tech (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. as a Depository Receipt Token, with each JX token representing an interest linked to the SBI Japan High Dividend Equity Fund – Growth Type (Qualified Institutional Investor Only). The underlying fund is an open-ended securities investment trust managed by SBI AM.
On HashKey Exchange, the Product is currently available for subscription and redemption through the HashKey Earn Channel only. Deposits and withdrawals of JX to or from external wallets, transfers between HashKey Exchange users, and secondary market trading of JX are currently not supported.
Investors may exit their investment by submitting a redemption request through the HashKey Earn Channel, subject to the applicable redemption and settlement arrangements.
Product Arrangements
HashKey Exchange may adjust, suspend or discontinue the Product or related services where required due to issuer arrangements, market conditions, regulatory requirements, operational considerations or other applicable circumstances. Where reasonably practicable, clients will be notified in advance.

The Product is a complex product. Investors should carefully consider the risks associated with the Product, including but not limited to:
- Equity Market Risk: The underlying fund invests primarily in Japanese listed equities. The value of the Product may fluctuate significantly due to market conditions, company performance and other market factors, and investors may lose part or all of their investment.
- Japan Market Concentration Risk: The Product is primarily exposed to the Japanese equity market and may be particularly affected by economic, political, regulatory and market developments in Japan.
- Investment Strategy Risk: The underlying fund adopts an actively managed, high-dividend and value-oriented investment strategy. There is no assurance that the strategy or security selection will achieve its investment objectives or outperform the broader market.
- Currency Risk: The underlying investments are primarily denominated in Japanese yen, while subscription and redemption on HashKey Earn are conducted in USDC. Exchange-rate movements may adversely affect the value and returns of the Product.
- Liquidity and Settlement Risk: Subscription and redemption are subject to applicable dealing days and settlement arrangements and may be delayed due to market holidays, market disruptions, operational issues or other circumstances.
- Tokenisation and Principal Loss Risk: The Product is subject to risks associated with tokenisation and blockchain-related infrastructure, including operational, cybersecurity and technology risks. The Product is not principal-protected or capital-guaranteed, and investors may lose part or all of their investment.
