HashKey Earn Channel is pleased to announce the listing of three WisdomTree U.S. Treasury Digital Funds: WisdomTree Short-Term Treasury Digital Fund (WTSYX), WisdomTree 3-7 Year Treasury Digital Fund (WTTSX), and WisdomTree 7-10 Year Treasury Digital Fund (WTSTX) (collectively, the "Products").
The Products are open-end digital mutual funds offered by WisdomTree. They seek to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of their respective U.S. Treasury indices, providing exposure to U.S. Treasury securities across different maturity segments.
- WTSYX: Provides exposure primarily to U.S. Treasury securities with maturities of 1–3 years.
- WTTSX: Provides exposure primarily to U.S. Treasury securities with maturities of 3–7 years.
- WTSTX: Provides exposure primarily to U.S. Treasury securities with maturities of 7–10 years.
The Funds use blockchain technology as part of their integrated recordkeeping systems, while their underlying investments remain traditional fixed-income securities. The Funds do not invest in cryptocurrencies.
Through the HashKey Earn Channel, eligible clients may subscribe to and redeem the Products, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements of HashKey Exchange and the issuer.

Complex Product
The Products are classified as complex products under HashKey Exchange's applicable product governance arrangements. Investors should exercise caution in relation to the Products. Before investing, investors should ensure that they fully understand the nature, features and risks of the Products and carefully consider whether the Products are suitable for them in light of their investment objectives, financial circumstances, risk tolerance and investment experience.
Client Eligibility
The Products are available only to eligible Professional Investors who satisfy the applicable requirements of HashKey Exchange and the issuer. Clients must complete all applicable onboarding, suitability assessments and regulatory requirements before transacting in the Products.
Investment Objective and Market Exposure
The Funds seek to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of their respective U.S. Treasury indices.
The Funds provide different maturity and duration exposures to U.S. Treasury securities. In general, funds investing in longer-duration Treasury securities are more sensitive to changes in interest rates than funds investing in shorter-duration securities.
Accordingly, the NAVs of the Products may fluctuate due to changes in U.S. Treasury yields, interest rate expectations, market liquidity and other prevailing market conditions.
Subscription and Redemption
Subscription and redemption requests will be processed in accordance with the issuer's dealing calendar, valuation methodology, operational procedures and settlement arrangements. The final execution price and settlement timing are subject to confirmation by the issuer.
Under certain circumstances, including market disruption, operational issues or non-dealing days, processing or settlement may be delayed.
Digital Fund Structure and Transfer Restrictions
The Products use blockchain technology as part of the Funds' integrated recordkeeping systems, with digital representations of Fund shares recorded on the applicable blockchain. The blockchain records do not constitute separate securities, and ownership of Fund shares is determined by the official records maintained by the Funds' transfer agent.
On HashKey Exchange, the Products are currently available for subscription and redemption through the HashKey Earn Channel only. Deposits and withdrawals of WTSYX, WTTSX and WTSTX to or from external wallets, transfers between HashKey Exchange users, and secondary market trading of the Products are not supported.
Investors may exit their investments only by submitting redemption requests through the HashKey Earn Channel, subject to the applicable redemption and settlement arrangements.
Product Arrangements
HashKey Exchange may adjust, suspend or discontinue the Products or related services where required due to issuer arrangements, market conditions, regulatory requirements, operational considerations or other applicable circumstances. Where reasonably practicable, clients will be notified in advance.
Product-Specific Risk Warnings
The Products are complex products. Investors should carefully consider the risks associated with the Products, including but not limited to:
- Interest Rate Risk: The value of U.S. Treasury securities generally moves inversely to changes in prevailing interest rates. Rising interest rates may cause the market value of the Funds' underlying securities and the NAVs of the Products to decline.
- Duration Risk: The Funds have different maturity and duration exposures. Longer-duration Treasury securities are generally more sensitive to interest rate changes. WTSTX may therefore experience greater NAV fluctuations arising from interest rate movements than WTSYX, although actual sensitivity depends on portfolio composition and prevailing market conditions.
- U.S. Treasury Market Risk: Although U.S. Treasury securities are backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. government, they remain subject to market price fluctuations, changes in interest rates, inflation expectations, fiscal conditions and other macroeconomic developments. Investment in U.S. Treasury securities does not guarantee the principal of the Funds.
- Liquidity Risk: Market liquidity for U.S. Treasury securities may deteriorate during periods of market stress. This may adversely affect portfolio valuation, transaction execution and the processing of subscriptions or redemptions.
- Index Tracking Risk: The Funds seek to track their respective U.S. Treasury indices and do not seek to outperform them. Actual Fund performance may differ from index performance due to fees and expenses, transaction costs, portfolio implementation and other factors.
- Reinvestment and Income Risk: Income generated from the Funds' underlying Treasury securities may vary over time. Changes in interest rates may affect the yields available when maturing securities or received interest payments are reinvested. Investment income and distributions are not guaranteed.
- Blockchain and Technology Risk: Blockchain technology may be subject to operational, cybersecurity, transaction processing, regulatory and other technology-related risks. These risks could adversely affect the operation of blockchain-based recordkeeping systems used in connection with the Products.
- Principal Loss Risk: The Products are not principal-protected or capital-guaranteed. Investment returns and principal values may fluctuate, and investors may lose part or all of their invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
