It will replace the separate privacy policies previously applicable to HashKey’s individual sites and services. The HashKey Global Privacy Policy establishes a global baseline for HashKey’s data privacy practices, together with jurisdiction-specific addenda that address additional requirements under the applicable data privacy laws and regulations of each jurisdiction. This framework is designed to help us provide a consistent privacy standard globally while ensuring that our practices remain compliant with applicable local requirements.
