Thank you for your continued support of HashKey Exchange. We are excited to launch the limited-time "July Spot Trading Rewards Season ", offering a spot trading rewards campaign to reward our clients.

July 1, 2026, 00:00 - July 31, 2026, 23:59 (UTC+8)
Campaign Details:
During the campaign period, clients who participate in spot trading can earn rewards based on their daily cumulative trading volume. This applies to all spot trading pairs. The reward structure is as follows:
- A daily cumulative spot trading volume of at least 100,000 USD is required.
- The system will determine the applicable reward tier based on the client's final daily cumulative trading volume, and calculate the total daily reward accordingly. The tier standards are as follows:
Reward Terms:
- Each client can receive a maximum of 5,000 USD equivalent in rewards per day.
- During the campaign period, each client's daily rewards shall not exceed 30% of the actual trading fees paid on eligible spot transactions on that day.
- The total prize pool for this campaign is 150,000 USD equivalent in rewards.
Campaign Rules:
- No registration is required for this campaign. It is open to all clients except Omnibus clients.
- "Per day" refers to a calendar day in the UTC+8 time zone, i.e. from 00:00 to 23:59 (UTC+8) each day.
- This campaign applies to spot order book trading across all trading pairs. Trading data is subject to the official records of HashKey Exchange.
- Trades executed with 0 trading fees will not be counted toward the daily spot trading volume requirement.
- The total reward pool for this campaign is equivalent to USD 150,000. The system will determine reward eligibility and reward amount based on the order in which clients’ daily cumulative eligible spot trading volume reaches the corresponding reward threshold, until the reward pool is fully distributed. If the reward pool is fully distributed or the campaign period expires, the campaign will end, whichever occurs earlier.
- During the Campaign Period, the rewards received by each client on any given day shall not exceed 30% of the actual trading fees paid by that client for eligible spot transactions on that day. The actual reward amount available to each client will be calculated in accordance with these Campaign Rules and shall be equivalent to up to 30% of the actual trading fees paid by that client for eligible spot transactions on that day. Rewards are calculated based on the client's daily cumulative eligible trading volume. Any portion below USD 100,000 is rounded down and excluded from the calculation.Each client can receive a maximum of 5,000 USD equivalent in rewards per day.
- Example: If a client's daily cumulative eligible trading volume is USD 1.25 million, falling within the USD 1M–5M tier (USD 2.5 reward per USD 100,000). USD 1.25M ÷ USD 100K = 12.5, rounded down to 12; daily reward = 12 × 2.5 = USD 30.
- The cumulative rewards generated during the campaign period will be settled and credited to your account by August 7, 2026.
- The daily reward amount will be calculated based on the user's actual cumulative eligible spot trading volume for that day. The system will match this total volume to the corresponding highest reward tier and calculate all rewards for the day based on that tier's standard. For Professional Investors (PI), rewards will be converted and credited to their accounts at a ratio of 1 USD = 1 USDT. For Retail Clients, rewards will be converted and credited at a ratio of 1 USD = 7.8 HKD.
- HashKey Exchange reserves the right to disqualify any client from participating in this campaign, revoke any rewards obtained through fraudulent or abusive behaviors, and request further information for investigation. Such behaviors include, but are not limited to, fraudulent registrations, falsified identity verification information, and any activities associated with illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- HashKey Exchange reserves the final right of interpretation of this campaign and the final decision on the campaign rules and rewards.
- This campaign is subject to the Terms and Conditions of HashKey Exchange Promotional Campaign.

I have an account on the Cosmos Capital platform, and my account was blocked for 5 weeks. During this entire period, I was unable to withdraw any funds from the platform.
There was a total of $97,650 in my Cosmos Capital account, and I could not access or withdraw this money due to the block. I tried to reach Cosmos Capital both by email and by phone, but I received no response or explanation, and my problem remained unresolved.
Because I could not get any help or clarification from Cosmos Capital, I ultimately had to seek external support. With the help of Mrs Kristina hooper, I was finally able to recover my funds that I could not withdraw from the platform.
I am sharing my experience, and I would recommend her to anyone in similar situations.
