Requests placed after 11:00 AM (Hong Kong time) on a trading day are generally processed on the next trading day (T+1). Actural settlement completion cycle shall be subject to final confirmation by Fund Manager.
• In the event of severe weather in Hong Kong (e.g., Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning), subscription and redemption instructions submitted on that day may not be accepted or may be processed on the next trading day. For safety and operational reasons, HashKey Exchange may suspend or delay relevant services without prior notice, including due to banking system or clearing disruptions.
• The Fund Manager may require an applicant for shares to pay, in addition to the subscription proceeds and any subscription fee, additional amount of extraordinary transactional fees or expenses, including but not limited to e.g. stamp duty, other taxes, brokerage, bank charges, transfer fees and registration fees etc. Please refer to Related Fees (USD) and Related Fees (HKD) for more information.
• The Products cannot be traded, transferred to another user’s account, or withdrawn on-chain to a DeFi wallet. Liquidity availability of the Products is subjected to market conditions and regulatory changes .
