- Affected Scope: HSK withdrawal and transfer request functions will be suspended.
- Unaffected: HSK fee deduction function will still be available.
Notes and Suggestions
- If you have plans to withdraw/transfer HSK, please handle them in advance to avoid the maintenance period.
- After maintenance, the relevant functions will be automatically restored.
- If the upgrade is completed ahead of schedule, the relevant functions will also be restored ahead of schedule without further notice. If special circumstances cause the upgrade and maintenance time to be extended, we will announce it through announcements and in-app messages as soon as possible.
Update on February 10, 2026, 18:50: the system upgrade requires further postponement due to unforeseen technical adjustments. We are fully committed to advancing the upgrade work. The new upgrade schedule will be announced separately. We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience caused by this delay and appreciate your patience and understanding.
