The Hong Kong Web3 Festival will take place from April 6 to April 9. During the event, we prepared exciting welcome gifts for new users. Details are as follows:
 
  1. Offline Campaign:
Campaign Details:
  • Submit your basic information for verification at the HashKey Exchange booth during the Web3 Festival to receive a gift box.
  • Complete offline account verification at the booth to receive an additional HKD 200 supermarket voucher.
  • After completing account verification, clients will also receive the 30 HSK reward from the existing New User KYC Task from the on-platform “Rewards Center”.
  • No appointment is required, walk-in to participate.
  • Gifts are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

If you are unable to attend the Hong Kong Web3 Festival in person, we also prepared a limited-time welcome reward for new clients who open accounts online.
 
  1. Online Campaign:
Campaign Details:
  • New clients who complete all identity verifications and successfully open an account on HashKey Exchange during the campaign each will receive HKD 100 limited-time reward.
  • No registration is required for participation.
  • The limited-time reward will be credited to your fiat account within 14 days after the online campaign ends.
  • After completing account verification, clients will also receive the 30 HSK reward from the existing New User KYC Task from the on-platform “Rewards Center”.
  • Users who have already received the above-mentioned offline campaign supermarket voucher reward are not eligible for this online campaign reward.
  • The online campaign reward is limited to 500 users. If the number of qualified users exceeds the reward limit, the first 500 users to successfully open accounts during the campaign period will receive the reward based on the order of completion.

General Rules for Welcome Campaign:
  • This campaign is only applicable to individuals (including Retail and PI) and corporate customers who pass KYC verification for the first time. Institutional, Omnibus, and other types of customers are not eligible. Customers undergoing re-KYC are also not eligible.
  • If the gifts or rewards are fully claimed during the campaign period, the campaign will end early without further notice.
  • HashKey Exchange reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any transaction complies with the campaign rules, taking into account all applicable rules, regulations, risk controls, and internal procedures. HashKey Exchange also reserves the right to reasonably require participants to provide further information for verification. For any violation of campaign rules (as determined solely by HashKey Exchange), HashKey Exchange reserves the right to disqualify the customer from participating and revoke any rewards obtained through fraudulent or abusive behavior.
  • HashKey Exchange reserves the right to adjust the reward mechanism within reasonable limits based on market conditions. Please stay updated with official HashKey Exchange announcements. The platform retains the final interpretation rights for the campaign and all decisions regarding the campaign rules and rewards.
  • Participation in this campaign indicates your agreement to all applicable terms and conditions, including but not limited to the Terms and Conditions of HashKey Exchange Promotional Campaign and Standard Terms and Disclaimers.
