How to use Convert?

Step 0: Please login to your account and transfer funds to your Brokerage account

Step 1: Select "Convert" tab, first-time users must first read and agree with our "Hashkey Brokerage User Agreement" before proceeding

Step 2: Select the asset type and enter the amount

Request a quote by entering the amount of asset you wish to pay/get and select "Get a Quote". The system will provide a quote price and corresponding amount of assets you will get/pay.

Step 3: Please accept the quote within the displayed timeframe if you wish to proceed with the trade

You can choose to accept the quote within the displayed timeframe of 6 seconds. Select "Confirm Order" and "Confirm" again on the pop-up window to accept the quote. Once the order is confirmed, no cancellation or amendment is allowed.

Step 3-1: Order Confirmation

A confirmation pop-up window will be displayed upon the trade confirmation successfully.

Step 3-2: After the current quote expires, please select "Get a Quote Again" to place your order again.

Step 4: "Convert" trade history and status

The confirmed order will now appear under "Trading History" at the bottom of the "Convert" page

You can also view the trade history of "Convert" trades under "Brokerage Orders" page
