1. What is Foreign Exchange?
Foreign Exchange, also known as exchange, refers to the act of exchanging one fiat currency for another fiat currency. Foreign Exchange is a more convenient fiat currency exchange service provided by HashKey Exchange to customers.
2. How to perform Foreign Exchange on HashKey Exchange？
2.1 Log in to HashKey Exchange
2.1.1 After logging into the HashKey Exchange account, go to the Assets page in the upper right corner, select Fiat Account ->Foreign Exchange.
You can also choose 【 Deposit】 ->【 Foreign Exchange】 through the main interface.
2.2 Complete the Foreign Exchange process
2.2.1 Click "Foreign Exchange" to enter the "Foreign Exchange" page;
2.2.2 After selecting the desired currency and amount for exchange, apply for exchange;

Currently, only assets in fiat currency accounts are supported for exchange as "convertible amounts", and only exchange between USD and HKD is supported.

The reference exchange rate will vary according to market conditions. Please complete the exchange action in a timely manner after placing an order, otherwise the exchange rate may become invalid.

The current minimum limit for currency exchange is 100 USD or equivalent HKD, and the maximum limit is 1,000,000 USD or equivalent HKD.
2.2.3 The "Exchange Confirmation" interface pops up in the system. Please confirm the currency, amount, and reference exchange rate for exchange again;
2.2.4 After clicking "Confirm", the currency exchange submission is successful, and the system will automatically process the order, which is expected to be credited in about 15-30 minutes;
Once the currency is successfully exchanged, the system will notify you via email or SMS.
2.2.5 You can view the status of your currency exchange orders and order details (including exchange rates) through the "Foreign Exchange History" module.
3.What currencies does HashKey Exchange currently support for exchange?
HashKey Exchange currently only supports currency exchange between USD/HKD. In the future, more currency exchange services will be launched based on market conditions and customer needs.
4.What is the timeline of HashKey Exchange Foreign Exchange ?
The funds for currency exchange are expected to be credited in approximately 15-30 minutes.
The currency exchange service is available from 9:00 to 16:30 (HKT) every working day. During this period, if there are holidays in Hong Kong and the United States, the currency exchange service will not be available.
5.How is the fee charged for HashKey Exchange Foreign Exchange ?
The exchange rate provided by HashKey Exchange will include a minimum fee up to 0.3%, which is subject to the results displayed on the client interface when you operate the exchange.
6.How to check my Foreign Exchange history?
You can enter the currency exchange interface of HashKey Exchange and view the status of your Foreign Exchange orders and order details through the "Foreign Exchange History" module.
In addition, you can also view the Foreign Exchange orders through the Asset Overview ->Funds Details interface.
