Requests will only be accepted on Hong Kong business days (excluding public holidays) and will be processed in accordance with the dealing days of the London bullion market. Where a Hong Kong business day is not a dealing day of the London bullion market, the relevant requests will be carried forward and processed on the next dealing day of the London bullion market.

• Subscription Funding and Order Execution Risk: Subscription orders are submitted in units. At order placement, the required amount is estimated based on the latest available NAV with an additional buffer (currently approximately 20%). The final price will be based on the next dealing day NAV. If the final settlement amount exceeds the reserved amount and there are insufficient funds, the order may be rejected or may not be completed. The platform does not guarantee successful execution of any order.
• Liquidity availability of the Product subject to market conditions and regulatory changes.
• This Product is a tokenised fund product and does not support redemption into physical gold. No physical delivery arrangement is available.
