Announcement on New User Rewards and Referral Rewards Update – HashKey Exchange

Dear Users:

To optimize your reward experience, HashKey Exchange will be updating the reward for "New User Rewards" and "Referral Rewards". Details are as follows:

I. Update Content

Campaign rewards previously issued in HSK (including "New User Rewards" and "Referral Rewards") will, from the effective date, be issued in fiat currency.
Scope of Application:
- Rewards claimed before the effective date: Will remain in HSK and will not be changed.
- All campaign rewards earned and issued after the effective date:
  - All rewards will be denominated in fiat currency, including as displayed on the campaign page, in the Reward Center (if applicable), and upon final crediting.
  - Reward amounts may be adjusted based on market and campaign needs. Please refer to the specific campaign page or Reward Center for the final reward amount, unit, expiry, and terms. In case of any conflict between promotional materials and the actual page, the real-time information on the campaign page shall prevail.

II. Collection and Distribution

Manual Collection: Upon satisfying the relevant campaign criteria, users must manually click "Claim Reward" on the campaign page or in the Reward Center within the validity period.
Account Distribution: Once claimed, the rewards will be directly credited to your Funding Account.
Fiat currency rewards can be used for trading, transfers, and withdrawals without additional restrictions (subject to the platform’s standard compliance and risk control policies).

III. Effective Date

This update will take effect at 10:00 AM on April 1, 2026 (UTC+8).

IV. Frequently Asked Questions:

Q1: Will HSK rewards claimed before the effective date be automatically converted to fiat currency?
- No. Rewards claimed before the effective date will remain in HSK and will not be retroactively adjusted.
Q2: For rewards that were met before the effective time but not yet claimed, in what form will it be distributed?
- The distribution form is determined by the time the conditions were actually met. If the conditions were satisfied before the effective date, the rewards will be issued in HSK.
Q3: Are there any additional freezing requirements or usage thresholds for fiat currency rewards?
- No freezing is required, and there are no additional usage thresholds. Rewards can be used directly for trading, transfers, withdrawals, etc. (in accordance with the platform's general compliance/risk control requirements).
Q4: How will rewards and historical records be displayed?
- Starting from the effective date, all reward displays and distribution records will be uniformly shown in fiat currency. Historical records prior to the effective date will remain unchanged (displayed in HSK).

V. Important Notes

HashKey Exchange reserves the right to reasonably adjust the campaign rules and reward distribution process within the scope permitted by law, and to take risk control measures such as restricting, canceling, or recovering rewards for abnormal, irregular, or fraudulent claims.
