[Launch of Staking] Stake to Receive 188 HKD Plus a 10% Extra Reward, Up to 1 ETH! – HashKey Exchange

Thank you for your continued support. HashKey Exchange is pleased to announce the official launch of our Staking Service. For the first time, clients can participate in Staking through a Hong Kong-licensed trading platform via an independent node Staking model to earn network rewards.

To celebrate this launch and reward your trust, we are introducing a limited-time Staking Reward Program. Eligible clients who participate in Staking during the promotion period will have the opportunity to receive a cash welcome bonus and exclusive milestone rewards.

[Promotion Details and Reward Rules]

Activity 1: Staking Welcome Gift – Receive 188 HKD Cash Reward

Eligibility: Clients must successfully initiate Staking during the promotion period and maintain the stake until July 30, 2026, without unstaking.
Activity Rule: The total reward pool is 100,000 HKD.
Distribution: A one-time cash reward of 188 HKD will be distributed to the eligible user’s platform funding account by August 15, 2026.

Activity 2: Staking Milestone Bonus – Up to 1 ETH Extra Reward

Eligibility: Clients must successfully initiate Staking during the promotion period.
Reward Rules:
- For nodes initiated during the promotion period and maintained until September 30, 2026 (without unstaking), the platform will provide an additional 10% reward based on the total on-chain network rewards earned by those nodes as of September 30, 2026.
- The total extra bonus for each user under this activity is capped at 1 ETH.
- The total reward pool is 20 ETH.
Distribution: The extra reward will be distributed to the eligible user’s platform funding account by October 15, 2026.

Eligibility Restrictions:
1. Clients who do not initiate staking during the promotion period or who unstake before July 30, 2026, will be ineligible for the 188 HKD Welcome Gift.
2. Clients who do not initiate staking during the promotion period or who unstake before September 30, 2026, will be ineligible for the Extra Reward.
Target Audience: This promotion is open only to individual and corporate clients who have completed Identity Verification (KYC) and meet HashKey Exchange’s platform requirements. Market makers, partners in the market maker application process, Omnibus accounts, institutional accounts, and sub-accounts are not eligible for this promotion.
Data Records: Customer Staking information (including but not limited to initiation/unstaking timestamps and amounts) shall be subject to the official records of HashKey Exchange.
Reward Limits: Each eligible user may claim the Activity 1 reward only once. The Activity 2 reward applies to every eligible node: in the event that a client holds multiple eligible staking nodes, the rewards for all such nodes will be consolidated for calculation and distribution.
Risk Disclosure: For risk disclosures regarding the Staking Service, please refer to the official service announcement.
If the total rewards exceed the activity’s reward pool cap after the activity ends, the platform will allocate rewards by the order in which users initiated staking, until the pool is fully distributed.
Compliance & Risk Control: The platform reserves the right to monitor account behavior. In the event of any fraudulent activity or violation of rules, HashKey Exchange reserves the right to disqualify the user and reclaim distributed rewards.
Amendments & Final Interpretation: HashKey Exchange reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time due to market conditions or internal risk control requirements. Any changes will be published via official announcements. HashKey Exchange reserves the right of final interpretation.
