We are also launching a limited-time promotional campaign. Please register via the link below to participate (Register once and you are eligible to participate in three activities):
 
Activity 1: Reward for Trying It Out
  • During the campaign period, customers who set up a Recurring Buy plan and successfully complete at least one purchase (any trading pair) will receive 10 HKD.
  • Each participant can only receive this reward once.
  • A total of 200 reward quotas are available. If the number of eligible participants exceeds this limit, rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis according to trade completion time.
 
Activity 2: Reward for Trading
  • During the campaign period, if the total trading volume executed through Recurring Buy reaches USD 200 or more, you will receive 1 HKD for every USD 200 traded. Rewards will be distributed after the campaign ends.
  • Each participant can receive up to 500 HKD in total.
  • The total reward pool is 50,000 HKD. If the total amount of rewards to be distributed exceeds the pool, they will be allocated proportionally according to each participant’s eligible reward amount.
 
Activity 3: Reward for Sharing
  • Customers who complete a successful Recurring Buy transaction during the campaign period can share a screenshot of their successful transaction page on X (Twitter) and tag our official account @HashKeyExchange to receive an extra 20 HKD reward!
  • A total of 100 reward quotas are available. If the number of eligible participants exceeds the limit, rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis according to valid registration time with the post link.
 
Campaign Period:
November 3, 2025, 00:00:00 – November 30, 2025, 23:59:59 (Hong Kong Time)
 
Eligible Participants:
All HashKey Exchange Retail, Individual Professional Investor (PI) and Corporate clients (excluding sub-accounts).
 
Campaign Details:
  1. The campaign is open only to Retail, Individual PI, and Corporate clients. Market makers, market-making partners under application, Omnibus accounts, institutional accounts, and sub-accounts are not eligible.
  2. Clients can participate in all three activities. All activities require registration to participate.
  3. HashKey Exchange will finalize and distribute rewards to eligible customers’ platform accounts by December 15, 2025.
  4. All trading information (such as time and transaction amount) will be based on HashKey Exchange backend data.
  5. HashKey Exchange reserves the right to disqualify and recover issued rewards in case of any detected cheating.
  6. HashKey Exchange may adjust the reward conditions within a reasonable range according to the market situation. Please stay tuned to HashKey Exchange announcements. The final explanation right of this Campaign belongs to HashKey Exchange.
  7. HashKey Exchange maintains the discretion to determine whether any and all trades qualify under the campaign rules, taking into account all applicable rules, regulations and internal controls, and the right to reasonably request further information from clients for verification purposes.
