1) On HashKey APP Home Page, click on [Earn].
2) For first time access to the earn Channel, user are required to complete a risk assessment before subscribing to the corresponding products. The results of the risk assessment will be displayed immediately, and user can click on [earn account] → click on the [Exclamation Mark] icon and submit the risk assessment.
3) Once the risk assessment is completed, you can proceed to the earn channel page to subscribe to the investment products.
4) Before subscribing to an investment product, please ensure that your fiat account has sufficient balance. If the balance is insufficient, you can first made a [Fiat Deposit] or transfer assets from your custody/trading account to your [Fiat Account].
5）Click [Confirm] to complete submit subscription of the investment product.
6）Before subscription is completed, you can still can [Cancel] the subscription on [earn account history record] .
Please note:
- Subscriptions made before 9:00 AM on each business day cannot be canceled starting from 9:00 AM. The subscription process will be completed between 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the same day.
- Subscriptions made after 9:00 AM on each business day cannot be canceled before 9:00 AM on the next business day. The subscription process will be completed between 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the next business day.
Additionally, subscriptions submitted on the weekend will be processed on the next Hong Kong business day.
