Dear HashKey Exchange Users,
Recently HashKey Exchange received inquiries from customers regarding suspected phishing messages impersonating HashKey. These messages were not sent by any official entity of HashKey Group. Please DO NOT click on any links within the messages, DO NOT connect or authorize your personal wallet, and DO NOT share any sensitive information (such as SMS verification codes, account passwords, etc.) to avoid potential asset loss.
HashKey Exchange has started using #HASHKEY as the SMS Sender ID in Hong Kong. #HASHKEY is the SMS Sender ID recognized by the Office of the Communications Authority (HK OFCA). SMS Sender IDs starting with "#" have been registered with OFCA.
Once again, please note that we will not send links or ask you to provide personal information in the SMS. If you receive a suspicious text message, please do not click on the relevant links or provide any personal or sensitive information to the message sender. If necessary, please contact our CS team for confirmation. If you have doubts about the authenticity of the link or channel from HashKey Exchange, you may also verify it through HashKey Official Channel Verification.
If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at support@customer.hashkey.com, or click here to submit an inquiry online.
HashKey Exchange Team
