[Event Rules]
  1. The conditions for「Genies VIP」participants in the invitation event are as follows:
    1. This invitation event is only open to Genesis VIP participants. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate;
    2. The invited friends must register using your invitation code/link, which can be obtained on the official website's [Referral] page;
    3. The invited friends must be new customers who complete identity verification for the first time during the event period.
  2. The conditions for friends who are invited by「Genies VIP」participants to use the 50% discount on token purchases are as follows:
    1. The 50% discount on token purchases does not require a manual claim. After the friend meets the transaction requirements, the system will automatically record it and provide the cashback discount to the fiat account after the end of the event;
    2. It applies only to the completed orders of the friend's first token purchase, with a 50% discount on a transaction amount of 360 HKD, resulting in a final token purchase discount of 180 HKD;
    3. If the friend uses a non-HKD currency for purchasing, the following exchange rates will be used for the discount: 1 HKD = 0.13 USD = 0.13 USDT = 0.13 USDC. Therefore, the first transaction amount needs to be greater than 46.8 USD/USDT/USDC, and the final discount will be given in HKD;
    4. During the event period, each friend can receive the token purchase discount only once. The reward cannot be obtained multiple times. There are a total of 1,000 discounted slots available on a first-come, first-served basis;
    5. In order to prevent fraudulent activities, transactions involving USD, HKD, USDT, and USDC will not be counted in the event statistics. Only manual transactions will be considered, and API transactions will not be included. The final transaction data will be based on the records of HashKey Exchange.
  3. The platform will distribute the rewards to you and your friend's HashKey Exchange account within 7 working days after the end of the promotion;
  4. Due to uncontrollable factors that may cause delays or cancellations in rewards distribution, HashKey Exchange will arrange relevant compensation plans;
  5. All acts of cheating behavior (HashKey Exchange reserves the right to interpret all aspects of the event) will result in disqualification from participating in the promotion;
