1.1 Log in to the HashKey Exchange
1.1.1 After logging in to the HashKey Exchange account, go to the [Assets] page on the upper right and select [Custody Account] -> [Withdraw].
1.2 Add personal wallet withdrawal whitelist (if it has been added, this step can be skipped)
1.2.1 After entering the withdrawal page, click "White List Management" to enter the "White List Management" page;
1.2.2 Click "Add Whitelist Address" and select "Add Withdrawal Whitelist" to enter the page of add withdrawal whitelist;
1.2.3 Select "Personal Wallet", select the corresponding assets, network, address, click "Next";
Reminder: To choose the right network for Virtual Asset Transfer (both deposit and withdrawal),
i.e., ERC20 network for ETH transfer, and Bitcoin network for BTC transfer.
HashKey Exchange only supports ERC20 network for ETH transfer and Bitcoin network for BTC transfer.
Enter your signature and click "Next";
*For ETH and ERC20 assets, if the customer uses the MetaMask wallet, the customer can choose to connect directly to the MetaMask wallet to complete the fast signing process.

1.2.4 Complete 2FA verification and click "Confirm" to complete the submission;
1.2.5 After the submission is complete, the system automatically verifies the submission. After the verification is successful, a message is displayed indicating that the submission is added successfully.
1.3 Withdraw to personal wallet
1.3.1 Enter the withdrawal page, select assets, network, address, fill in the amount, click "Submit";
1.3.2 After reconfirming the withdrawal information, click "Confirm";
1.3.3 Complete 2FA verification and click "Confirm" to submit the withdrawal application;
Note: In order to ensure your fund security, you need to conduct authentication (such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.) when you make withdrawals.
