How to perform individual KYC verification？ – HashKey Exchange

On the website, click on "Account" at the top right corner and select "Identity Verification" to navigate to the identity verification page.

Choose "Personal Verification" and click on "Verify Now"

Personal Verification requires passing through Basic Information Verification, Investment Experience and Virtual Asset Knowledge Assessment, and Bank Transfer Verification.

3.1 Basic Information Verification requires completing the following steps:

Personal Information
Credentials and Liveness Detection
Financial Information
Assets Certification
Agreement Signing

3.2 After completing the above steps, HashKey Exchange will review the information you submitted. Please be patient during the review process. You can proceed to complete the Investment Experience and Virtual Asset Knowledge Assessment.

3.3 For the Investment Experience and Virtual Asset Knowledge Assessment, please complete the Risk Assessment based on your actual situation and complete the Virtual Currency Knowledge Test.

3.4 Once the Basic Information Verification is approved and the Investment Experience and Virtual Asset Knowledge Assessment are completed, you can proceed with the Bank Transfer Verification.

3.5 Bank Transfer Verification requires completing the following steps:

Add a Bank Card in the Same Name
Transfer Funds to HashKey Exchange
Upload Transfer Voucher

After submitting the Bank Transfer Verification, please wait patiently for the review to be completed. Once approved, it indicates the successful completion of the Personal Verification.
