There has been an increase in fraudulent activities in which unauthorised third parties have impersonated representatives or employees of Hash Blockchain Limited and its affiliated entities (collectively, the "HashKey group"). These individuals or groups have been using means including but not limited to fake social media accounts, instant messaging applications, websites and email addresses that appear to be associated with the HashKey group to target prospective investors or members of the general public in an attempt to defraud them of their funds or personal information.
These activities are not authorised by the HashKey group and are in no way affiliated with the HashKey group. The HashKey group conducts business only through its official channels and will not provide investment advice or recommendations, initiate unsolicited contact or solicit payments, personal banking details or sensitive information via instant messaging applications, social media direct messages or online chat platforms.
When in doubt, please verify the authenticity of all communications through official HashKey Group channels and take necessary precautions to protect personal information and financial interests. If you encounter any suspicious incidents or believe you have been victim of fraud, please report the matter to the Hong Kong Police Force immediately.
