Campaign rules:

The campaign requires registration to participate. This campaign is only applicable to individual clients who have passed KYC verification for the first time. The campaign is not applicable to corporate or institutional clients or clients who have passed KYC certification again. Clients who registered with third party platform referral codes are not eligible for this campaign.

Individual clients (including individual retail clients and individual professional investor clients) who open an account for the first time and register for this campaign, both during the campaign period are eligible clients.

Rewards will be distributed based on the eligible clients' actual completion status of each task during the campaign period. Some tasks require time to complete (Task # 4, # 5, # 7, # 8), therefore these tasks must be completed before the specified completion deadline to be entitled for the reward.

If the trading and account asset retention are not in HKD, they will be converted based on the end of day price (23:59 UTC+8 daily) of relevant assets per HashKey Exchange platform.

The reward will be issued in the form of HSK or HKD, on the reward specification of each task. HSK rewards will be automatically distributed to your HashKey Exchange account upon completion of the task. The HKD task rewards will be distributed to your HashKey Exchange fiat account before July 31, 2025.

HashKey Exchange reserves the right to determine whether any transaction complies with the campaign rules, including considering all applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls, and may reasonably request clients to provide further information for verification. Any behavior that violates the campaign rules (as determined solely by HashKey Exchange) will result in disqualification from participating in the campaign and forfeiture of any HSK rewards obtained during the campaign period.
