2）Before the platform processes your withdrawal request: it can be canceled, and the processing time depends on the overall conditions of user withdrawals on the platform at the time of your withdrawal. You can check whether the cancellation button is operable in the withdrawal order. If it is operable, you can cancel; otherwise, you cannot.
Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, once the withdrawal is completed, the help that HashKey can provide will be very limited. Moreover, due to the anonymity of blockchain addresses, if there is a mistake, your assets may not be recoverable.
Therefore, please check your withdrawal information in advance, such as the withdrawal address and network (whether the deposit/withdrawal networks are consistent; whether both deposit and withdrawal platforms support a particular chain).
