Rules:

Participation Conditions:
(1) New customers who complete identity verification during the promotion period;
(2) During the event, complete your first coin trading transaction and be among the first 100 participants on any given day. The transaction must be the first transaction for the corresponding account;
(3) The actual transaction amount of a single order must be greater than or equal to 1000 HKD;

*If the purchase is made in a currency other than HKD, the following exchange rates will be used for the discount: 1 HKD = 0.13 USD = 0.13 USDT = 0.13 USDC.
Discount Rules:
(1) The platform offers the discount only on the first token purchase transaction of your HashKey Exchange account, with a maximum limit of 1000 HKD; For example: If User A spends 3000 HKD to buy Bitcoin, only 1000 HKD will be eligible for the discount.
(2) During the promotion period, each customer can receive the discount reward only once and cannot receive it repeatedly;
(3) The platform will distribute the rewards to your HashKey Exchange account within 7 working days after the end of the promotion;
(4) If you use USD or HKD for coin purchases, the reward will be in HKD;
(5) If you use USDT or USDC for coin purchases, the reward will be in the corresponding currency.

Promotion Rules:

During the promotion period, all new customers who complete identity verification will have their first token purchase transaction data recorded and included in the promotion statistics. Only manual transactions will be counted, and API transactions will not be included. The final transaction data will be based on HashKey Exchange records;
During the promotion period, only new customers who pass identity verification for the first time can participate in the promotion, and identity information cannot be reused;
The promotion is only applicable to new retail customers and individual professional investment clients. Sub-accounts, company accounts, Omnibus Account are not included in the statistics;
During the promotion period, only the first 100 accounts that complete their first token purchase transaction each day will be eligible to receive the discount. All other transactions on that day will not be counted.
This promotion only applies to the customer's first coin purchase transaction and offers a discount on a transaction amount of 1000 HKD;
USDT and USDC are only available for purchase and use by professional investors;
The customer's first token purchase transaction must be fully executed and completed;
To prevent fraudulent acquisition of rewards, transactions for buying USD, HKD, USDT, and USDC will not be counted in the promotion statistics;
If HSK is unable to launch as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, rewards will be delayed or canceled if a launch proves impossible. In special cases, HashKey Exchange will prepare relevant compensation plans;
All acts of cheating behavior (HashKey Exchange reserves the right to interpret all aspects of the event) will result in disqualification from participating in the promotion;
