Activity Rules:
  1. Purchase Genesis VIP and enjoy various benefits, including transaction fee discounts, HSK, permanent Genesis badge, Investor Exclusive Salon, exclusive customer service channel, and VIP investment courses."
  2. Genesis VIP can be purchased using four payment methods: USDT, USDC, HKD, and USD:
    1. USDT and USDC are restricted to professional investors only.
    2. The price of Genesis VIP is anchored to the USD and can also be purchased using USDC and USDT as equivalents.
  3. User eligibility for purchase:
    1. Complete identity verification.
    2. Account balance is greater than or equal to the price of a single card.
    3. For purchasing multiple cards, the total amount is greater than the sum of all Genesis VIP card purchase amounts.
  4. Funds will be locked upon confirming the purchase:
    1. Users cannot cancel or reduce the quantity of the purchase.
    2. After random allocation, if the purchase qualification is not obtained, the funds will be automatically unlocked from the original account.
    3. After random allocation, if the purchase qualification is obtained, the purchase will be automatically successful, and the deduction will be completed.
  5. If the quantity of purchases exceeds the limit, adhering to the principles of equality and fairness, a combination of random selection and balance will be used for allocation. The specific rules are as follows:
    1. Each Genesis card purchased by a user is considered one unit. After a successful purchase, each unit receives a purchase number.
    2. The system will randomly allocate among all purchase numbers and distribute them on the same day. You can check the specific allocation results on the event page.
  6. Each user can purchase a maximum of [10] Genesis Gold Cards and [10] Genesis Silver Cards.
  7. Each user's account will automatically be associated with the first obtained Genesis VIP card (Gold Card takes priority). If a user subsequently acquires a higher-level Genesis VIP card, it will automatically replace the previous card, granting the user higher-level VIP privileges and the corresponding effective period.
  8. The validity period of each card is 12 months, calculated from the time of issuance.
  9. After the announcement of the Genesis VIP card purchase results, the amount for HSK rewarded with respect to any successful purchase will be reflected in the ledger balance of your account. HSK is not yet listed and may not be listed, currently has no market value, and the timeline for HSK is uncertain. If HSK is successfully listed, the HSK rewards under the Genesis VIP campaign will be unlocked in batches after the listing, with 30% unlocked in the first month，and an additional 10% unlocked each subsequent month until fully unlocked. Any gift of HSK under the Genesis VIP campaign shall be subject to applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls.
  10. Genesis VIP can be gifted to other users within the trading platform, with detailed rules as follows:
    1. Recipient: Must complete the full identity verification process.
    2. Gifted privileges will include all benefits except the gifted HSK; HSK cannot be gifted.
      1. Gift Period: Within one month after the Genesis VIP takes effect.
      2. Validity Period: The validity period of Genesis VIP remains unchanged after gifting and follows its original expiration date.
    3. Each Genesis VIP card can only be gifted once
    4. Each user account must retain at least one Genesis VIP card
  11. The gift of HSK, received under the Genesis VIP Campaign, was allocated from "Business Growth" and "Genesis VIP Incentives" under Ecosystem Growth Pool, as mentioned in the HSK Whitepaper.
  12. HashKey Exchange reserves the right to decide whether to allow any refunds for purchases under the Genesis VIP program. Refund requests will not be accepted if more than 7 days have passed since the purchase date. For refunds, please contact customer service and be prepared to return all benefits, including the gifted HSK (Genesis VIP cards that have been gifted are not eligible for refunds).

Please be aware that HSK is not currently listed on any exchange and there is no guarantee
that it will be listed in the future. As a result, HSK presently has no established market value.
The timeline for the potential listing of HSK remains uncertain. In the event that HSK is
successfully listed, it may be subject to various trading restrictions in accordance with
applicable regulations and laws. These restrictions may include, but are not limited to,
limiting the trading of HSK solely to individuals or entities classified as "Professional
Investors" as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO) of Hong Kong. The
value of HSK is subject to substantial risk and may diminish or fluctuate significantly in
response to various market conditions and other factors beyond HashKey's control. HashKey
