When performing personal wallet deposit whitelist authentication, the signing message guide provided by HashKey Exchange is for reference only. You need to understand your personal wallet mechanism. If the wallet's withdrawal address is inconsistent each time, you will not be able to add the whitelist. It is recommended to test with a small amount when authenticating for the first time.

Currently, retail users only support deposits and withdrawals of BTC, ETH, AVAX and LINK.
- When depositing, please pay attention to how fees are charged by your personal wallet or third-party exchange account, as this may affect the actual amount deposited into your HashKey Exchange account. If the deduction of fees results in the deposit amount not meeting the minimum deposit requirement, leading to issues with crediting or refunds, HashKey Exchange will not bear any related responsibilities.
-
The deposit address of your HashKey Exchange account will not change frequently. You can deposit repeatedly. If there are any changes, we will notify you in advance.
-
A minimum deposit amount is set for each virtual asset deposit. If the deposit amount is less than the minimum deposit amount, it will not be credited and cannot be retrieved.
-
HashKey Exchange has the right to decide whether to accept deposits and does not bear any responsibilities related to third-party exchanges and personal wallets.
