What is cold to hot？

That is, at least 98% of the customer assets will be stored in the cold wallet, so if your single withdrawal of assets is greater than the corresponding virtual assets in the hot wallet, we will transfer the corresponding assets of the cold wallet to the hot wallet in accordance with the security process. That is, the cold wallet to the hot wallet, in order to meet your withdrawal requirements.
