Q1: If the referree I have invited does not fulfill the identity verification conditions within 7 days, can I still receive rewards for the first transaction?
A1: No, if identity verification requirements are not met, the requirements to get referral rewards are not met. You can not receive subsequent trading rewards for the first transaction.
For example: A invites B. B registers but only passes retail identity verification on the 9th day. This is an invalid invitation. Even if the first transaction is completed within 30 days after identity verification, A still cannot get the rewards.
 
Q2: How do I receive my rewards?
A2: HashKey Exchange is launching a referral system for invitations and rewards. Upon Launch, at that time, rewards will be distributed to your account.
 
Q3: Am I eligible for the reward when I have too many referees?
A3: As a Referrer, your entire invitation history has been recorded. You can finish complete identity verification within 30 days after the invitation rewards feature is launched, then receive rewards based on the invitation reward policy. Please follow HashKey Exchange announcements for the launch time of the invitation rewards feature.
 
Campaign Details
  1. Only individual clients (individual professional and retail clients) are eligible for this campaign.
  2. Rewards will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, until the rewards are fully distributed. HashKey Exchange will supplement the HSK reward pool as necessary.
  3. If HSK is unable to launch as intended due to unanticipated factors, reward payouts may be delayed or canceled if launch is not viable. Hashkey Exchange will devise relevant compensation plans should special circumstances present themselves.
  4. All cheating behavior will result in disqualification of the invitation to participate and cancellation of the HSK rewards obtained during the campaign period.
  5. HashKey Exchange reserves all rights to interpret the campaign.
