Affected Scope: During this period, over-the-counter (OTC) transactions involving fiat currency, currency exchange services, Earn product subscriptions, and fiat currency withdrawals may be affected. Transaction requests processed through affected partner banks may fail or be suspended until the system is restored.
The platform will complete the relevant settlement processing as soon as possible after the bank systems are restored. We will notify you of any updates through announcements.
