Starting at 2026-05-21 21:30 (UTC+8), HashKey Exchange will suspend the deposits and withdrawals of token(s) on the Polygon network to support its network upgrade and hard fork.
The network upgrade and hard fork will take place approximately on 2026-05-21 22:00 (UTC+8).
Typically, the upgrade completes in about three hours. Services are scheduled to be restored at 2026-05-22 01:00 (UTC+8).
Please note:
- The trading of token(s) on the aforementioned networks will not be impacted.
- HashKey Exchange will handle all technical requirements involved for all users.
- Deposits and withdrawals for token(s) on the aforementioned networks will be reopened once they are deemed to be stable. No further announcement will be posted.
